The selected global ‘CEO for One Month’ will get a taste of how to run a multinational company with 34,000 employees in 60 countries. The highly qualifying experience could be a huge boost to any career!
‘CEO for One Month’ will run in more than 40 countries, where the first step will be for candidates to apply to become ‘CEO for One Month’ in their country of residence, before making it to a shortlist of 10 top performers. Of the final 10 candidates, 1 will be chosen to become global ‘CEO for One Month’

It takes a really special individual to become a ‘CEO for One Month’ of the Adecco Group, a Fortune 500 company with 36,000 amazing colleagues in 60 countries. For this once in a life time opportunity we are looking for talented and ambitious individuals in the early stage of their careers who prove they have the CEO Attitude!

Once you complete the application form, a selection process will take place within each country according to local market conditions. This may include interviews, local bootcamps and further tests and assessments to evaluate candidates. This is a recruitment process after all! From this selection process, one ‘CEO for One Month’ for each of the participating countries will be announced. The announcement of all selected CEO’s take place by August 24, 2020.
During the months of June and July, the lucky Adecco Country ‘CEO for One Month’ will be working alongside the CEO or other top positions in Sales, HR, MK etc. of the Adecco Group or other subsidiaries companies within the country where they applied. During this month, the ‘CEOs for One Month’ will continue to be assessed in preparation for the next stage! Oh, we should also mention that you’ll not only be gaining valuable experience but you’ll receive a salary during this month!
The top 10 Country ‘CEOs for One Month’ will be invited to join an exciting Global Bootcamp in a major city. This will be all expenses paid (unless of course you decide to go shopping – this will be on you!). During the Global Bootcamp which takes place in the week of August 21, the 10 finalists will be assessed through various individual and team challenges. Of these 10 candidates, one will be selected to become the Adecco Group global ‘CEO for One Month’. This announcement will take place at the end of the Bootcamp.
The successful candidate will spend one month working under the direct supervision of the Adecco Group CEO. Be prepared to travel and find out about the inner workings of a Fortune 500 company! We want you to be the best you can be, so we’ll be paying a salary of 15,000 euros during this month of work for you to further your education and better your career prospects.

“First, I definitely learned a lot about the Adecco Group. I learned about just how versatile and impactful the Group is with all its numerous brands and through all the local initiatives.
Second, I got to see leadership and decision making in action, which is a very valuable experience for me because often times as fresh graduates, we get lost in the daily routine and miss out the strategy behind the work that we have to do.
Third, I got to experience different business cultures that also have different policies, meaning that there are different strategies that each of the countries need to take.
To summarize, learning about the Adecco Group, witnessing leadership and strategy from above, and being exposed to different business cultures are my three key learning from my journey as the global ‘CEO for One Month’.”
